Se introduce Salamba Sarvangasana I y Halasana.<br>Sesiones de 1h15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nivel 2<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez superado el nivel 1. <br>Se introducen estiramientos hacia delante, hacia atr\u00e1s y torsiones b\u00e1sicas, as\u00ed como Salamba Sirsasana I.<br>Sesiones de 1h30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nivel 3<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Se accede una vez completado el programa de nivel 2. Se debe tener un cierto dominio de los ajustes b\u00e1sicos y se debe poder mantener al menos 5&#8242; de Salamba Sirsasana y Salamba Sarvangansana.<br>Profundizaremos en las posturas ya realizadas.
